Trash Collection Service
- Trash and recycling collection service is provided by Waste Connections: (303) 288-2100.
- Trash and recycling service is included in your monthly fee.
- Each household is entitled to two 96-gallon containers, one for trash (weekly) and one for recycling (every other week). Please note that containers remain property of Waste Connections and, upon selling your home, should be returned or given to the next homeowner.
- You may call to request an additional trash container, there is a one-time $35 charge to the homeowner for the extra trash cart and a charge of $5 per month for each additional cart. Homeowners can call customer service to add the extra cart(s) and pay separately on a quarterly or annual basis.
- Items for pickup must fit within the containers.
- Large Item Pickup: $15 per large item. Please call to pre-pay and schedule a work order prior to your service day.
- Extra bags, bundles of branches, and cardboard bundles: $4.50 per bag or bundle. Please call to pre-pay and request this special pricing.
- Collection day is Friday. Recycling is every other week on the ‘A’ week (see calendar below).
