Monthly Fees
The operations and maintenance fee is $155 per month per home for Red Barn Metropolitan District No. 1.
Fees are due the first of every month. A $15 late fee is assessed for payments received after the 15th of the month or payments not made in full. Pre-payment is accepted.
Your initial payment will be made as part of your closing settlement.
AmCoBi will mail a bill once the first payment is due. Once you have received the your first billing statement, you will have your account number and will be able to set up automatic payments if you choose.

Administration Fee
The Administration Fee is $250 per residential unit billed at the closing on the initial sale of a residential unit by a builder to an end user; and on each sale, transfer or resale of a residential unit thereafter, including rentals.
